The Mission

Personal safety is a top priority for Valvoline. The client hired The LHT Group to build a creative, engaging, effective course to train employees at Valvoline Instant Oil Change facilities to identify, recognize, and define VIOC Service Center policies and tips for safely working in a service center.

Our Approach

The LHT Group designed and developed a creative approach to delivering content. The course utilizes isometric graphics illustrating two levels (top-side and bottom-side) of a VIOC facility. The course introduces a Service Center Manager who walks the learner through the VIOC with eight safety lessons along the way.

In Conclusion

We have received positive feedback on the success of this Personal Safety eLearning course. Valvoline employees across the nation find the course engaging and informative. Learners often comment on the fire safety lesson, saying that it is fun, engaging, and helpful. Valvoline reports that the course completion rate and learner retention rate are both high.
